allow offline activation.

A product ideal for use in software development, but registration requires an internet connection and a lot of developers are behind prohibitive firewalls or have no internet connection at all :-(

Allow the whole serial to be pasted in one operation - three type-in boxes forces 3 * cut*paste. '-' could move from one window to the next?

Make a way to pin submenus when configuring, so we don't have to keep going back to the main menu to reopen sub or config menus each time we make a selection.

Add a filemon viewer in the list to watch the usage of hard disc of process.

Filemon is very usefull but not very comfortable as list. A single percent value would be enough. But about no software does the analyze of the disc access. But it is THE largest possibility to slow down a system. I really recommend to add such a...

Make it more easily understandable - with automatic 'help' popups at each option (optional) or something like that, the main window layout looks also a bit rough, works great though!

Take off online activation . If i buy multy licence i wont be able to use them all.

A computer software like this don't need online activation. Because i am a computer tech and i wont be able to use it on multiple computers. Only on 1 computer. So it makes it useless. Non Professional tool. I wont buy it for multiple computers...

The app should not use task manager because on slower computers that will result in the app to crash! Nevertheless, this is one powerful app! Keep the good work up!

Don't close the menu when a check selection is made -- you can close it when I move off of it

I find it annoying when I am looking at a menu, make a check selection and the whole menu goes away. If I am not finished or want to confirm my selection, I have to find the menu again -- no small task -- proceed with my intention. Why not hold...

fix activation window so that copy/paste fills in all three sections; it's a pain to have to copy each block and paste separately. Minor inconvenience, but probably easy to fix.

Process lasso hangs processes that I've said to exclude from pro-balance. When I shutdown the core, no more hangs. Please fix.

I've used it on different OS and different computers. I always have to uninstall it because there is some bug that hangs processes. I don't know how PL works, but for me to use it or pay for it, it just needs to work flawlessly.

Add an option to minimize to system tray.

There is already an option to exit to system tray, so its reasonable to expect a similar option for minimizing. Its not high priority or anything, it is just good to have that option.
